Overview of the Community
Developers K. Hovnanian and Lennar built 593 single-family homes as part of the Four Seasons at Westshore Community Association from 2007 through 2019. Homes offer two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.
The gated community sits on property that includes a man-made lake shared with the neighboring Westshore HOA. A permanent open-space preserve that includes Fisherman’s Lake lies just beyond the Four Seasons end of the lake, allowing residents to enjoy nature almost in their backyards. Within Westshore are a community garden, dog park, and two city parks.
Life in Four Seasons at Westshore supports an easy lifestyle. The community offers a variety of activities, including pickleball, interest groups, fitness classes, special events, and programs. Four Seasons at Westshore is part of the larger Natomas community in the northwest area of Sacramento. This convenient location offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, library services, health care, and travel.
Retail options in Natomas are plentiful. Raley’s, Bel Air, Safeway, Sprouts Farmers Market, Costco, Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, and many other stores are only a short distance away.
Two interstate highways provide easy access to destinations north, south, east, and west, including Lake Tahoe, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and the Pacific Northwest. Sacramento International Airport is only about 10 minutes from the community.
Downtown Sacramento, just a short drive down Interstate 5, offers restaurants, Golden 1 Center concerts and Sacramento Kings basketball, the Sofia/B Street Theatre, and many smaller entertainment venues.
