Activities, Fitness, and Interest Groups

The community sponsors or supports a variety of activities and events, including parties, games, lectures, shows, sales, and fitness classes. Residents may also form or join interest groups focused on sports, hobbies, travel, and other shared interests. These activities help make Four Seasons a social and active place to live.

Residents also have access to a fitness center with exercise equipment, and the community offers a variety of fitness classes. In addition to formal classes and activities, the community’s walking areas, sports courts, and gathering spaces provide many opportunities for recreation and informal socializing.

Amenities and Everyday Convenience

Community amenities include the Lodge, swimming pool and spa, Clubhouse, fitness areas, card and billiards rooms, theater, library, sports courts, parks, and the lake promenade. These spaces support both organized events and everyday resident use.

Residents also benefit from practical conveniences that support daily life in the community. The HOA maintains front-yard landscaping, and free Wi-Fi is available in the Lodge and Clubhouse. Each home has key-card or code-based access for certain community facilities, and management helps coordinate maintenance issues in the common area when they arise.

Community Support and Services

Four Seasons at Westshore has on-site management staff who support community facilities, resident activities, compliance, and administrative services. Management also coordinates maintenance issues in the common area and works with vendors and service providers that support the community. Overnight security patrols help monitor the neighborhood, and access to some community areas is controlled through gates and key-card systems.

As with most homeowner associations, certain community rules help guide parking, guest access, use of common areas, and exterior changes to homes or yards. Those rules are part of how the community balances convenience, appearance, and shared use of amenities.

Resident Involvement and Governance

Four Seasons at Westshore is governed by a homeowner-elected Board of Directors. Resident volunteers also serve on committees that support areas such as events, facilities, finance, landscaping, the lake, and architectural review. Together, the board, committees, and management staff help guide the operation of the community and its amenities.
